At first, this place was a storage area for coconuts. Now it has been renovated into a comfortable, simple Goan house. This homestay is an extension of the Carvalho mansion which was built way back in 1789.
It has 1 air-conditioned bedroom, a garden, and a sit-out. The hosts also offer cycles so that one can explore the village and view rural life scenes. Internet and television facilities are offered as well. It is a few minutes away from a picturesque beach.
