Live In Lean is into group fitness training and don’t really use electric machines.  Instead of that, members can use dumbbells, medicine balls, sandbags, battle ropes, kettlebells, and Vipr. Their training is mainly for weight loss. The group sessions are 30 minutes long which consists of High-Intensity Training.  It is ideal for those who don’t have much time to exercise.

They have a separate area for personal training and for developing an athlete’s skills. Here there is equipment like spinner bikes, manual treadmill, rowing machine, and power rack. There are also other activities like dance classes and kickboxing.
