Artisan Bakerei prepares a wide variety of desserts using recipes which are more than 100 or 300 years old!  The food here is made with ingredients like organic sugar, fresh cheese, pure Belgian chocolate, low gluten wheat flour, etc.

Their artisan desserts come with different bases- sponge, meringue, jar/ shell, and pastry. With these bases, one can get sweet dishes like hummingbird cake (a 19th-century Jamaican recipe), almond meringue cake with cognac spiced buttercream, cinnamon & coffee serradurra, choux pastries, Sicilian cassata, and much more. They also lovingly make muffins, tea cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, tarts, cream cakes, croissants, and more. These include red velvet molten lava cake, Italian coconut macaroons, spiced German gingerbread cookies, peach caramel gateau, Portuguese custard tart, etc.

There are some savoury items as well. One can try out their Sicilian pizza ring, classic quiche, Southern-style chicken & gouda croissant, Meditterean lamb meatloaf, and so on. Artisan Bakerei also bakes fresh bread infused with different flavours.
