PETA urges people to go vegan

People for ethical treatment of animals (PETA), on Wednesday in the capital city, held an awareness drive in order to urge the people to go vegan.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, PETA– India member who was seen dressed as a valentine angel distributed red roses to couples and other passers-by. The Valentine angel held a signboard that read, “Have a Heart: Try Vegan”, encouraging everyone to show compassion towards animals by switching to healthy vegan eating.

This campaign of PETA comes in a wake of the human lifestyle which is prone to various cardiovascular diseases due to the consumption of meat products. So by switching to vegan lifestyle people will experience important benefits, such as weight loss, increased energy levels, lowering your risk for multiple diseases, and living longer.
