Challenges to the Preservation of the Diverse Goan Religious Heritage

The Fundação Oriente – Delegation in Goa, and ARTIS – Institute of Art History – University of Lisbon, will hold a conference on the ‘Challenges to the Preservation of the Diverse Goan Religious Heritage’ at Fundação Oriente, Panaji on March 15 at 5.00 p.m.

The conference has been arranged to debate the importance of safeguarding the diverse Goan religious heritage as part of the collective historical memory of Goa. Four authors will present different aspects and discuss how the conservation of the heritage belonging to different faiths can be addressed and developed.
