The sessions in this festival are open to music lovers. The festival will be inaugurated on 14th Sept 2019  at 10.00 a.m at the hands of Shri. Govind Gaude, Art & Culture Minister, Govt of Goa & Chairman of Kala Academy Goa & Rajiv Gandhi Kala Mandir.  Pt. Prabhakar Karekar, Senior disciple of  Late Pt. Abhisheki will be felicitated in this Mahotsav. Renowned classical vocal artists namely Pt. Ajay Pohankar, Pt. Raja Kale, Pt. Venkateshkumar, Pt. Sudhakar Deole,  Dr. Alka Deo Marulkar & Nandini Bedekar will feature in this edition of the festival.
